Home Heating Top Up service offers you complete peace of mind that you will never run out of heating oil again and this can be acheived with our Kingspan Watchman Radar.
The device is fitted by a trained engineer, and this system allows us to see exactly what is in your tank on a weekly basis and fill it on your behalf as required. An alarm will be triggered at a level of your choosing - for example when you have 30% of your oil remaining - and once we are notified of this, we will call you to arrange a delivery. There is also an app so that you can monitor the levels yourself should you choose to.
We understand that our customers have different needs so we offer two options with this service.

For a small fee of £7.99* per month, you can rent a Watchman Radar unit directly from us. This includes the cost of having your Watchman Radar unit installed and monitored throughout the year. With this option, the tank smart unit remains the property of Allan Stobart Lubricants & Fuels and will need to be returned should you wish to end your Watchman Radar service.
Minimum contract 18 months.
For only £157.50* you can choose to purchase your Watchman Radar unit outright, and if you move properties it can be recalibrated and used at your new address.
With this option, there is a small annual monitoring charge of £36*.
*All prices are subject to VAT at 20%.
Alternatively, you can sign up for our Fuel Standing Order service. You can determine how frequently you require a delivery, or we can offer some guidance based on your fuel consumption from the previous year. This can be as infrequently as 2 times a year to every week for commercial businesses. We will always contact you prior to a delivery to make sure you want the delivery, and to ensure we that we can make a delivery of 500 litres as this is the minimum that we deliver. If it is determined that the delivery would be less than the required 500 litres, the delivery will be aborted due to the Weights and Measures Legislation.
